In my next series of blog entries, I’m going to focus on making measuring a hard ROI less hard and relate it specifically to real solutions implemented on SharePoint
Organizations will recognize that things will occasionally fall through the cracks, but they will also understand that the courts can never sanction a party for following its normal record retention and destruction policies and that solutions implemented according to documented organizational policies and managed and maintained in good faith , while not perfect, are good enough
Putting all of this together in a short span of time is usually of one the greatest causes of deals gone awry or for wrong solution/implementation recommendations
