AIIM+ Insights: Unseen Foundations; Exploring the Importance of Forms Management

When:  May 21, 2024 from 11:00 to 11:45 (ET)
Associated with  AIIM Open Forum

Join us for an enlightening discussion as we shed light on forms management, a cornerstone of efficient data and records governance. Similar to how we often overlook the intricate planning and execution that powers our daily lives, such as the unseen infrastructure behind the function of electricity, the creation and management of forms are essential to the lifecycle of data and records within an organization.

AIIM was excited to announce it's integration with BFMA (Business Forms Management Association), offering AIIM Members exclusive discounts on the Forms Education Certificate Program and the Forms Management Book of Knowledge.

The certificate program offers training in four forms management disciplines: forms analysis, form development, forms control, and forms program management and administration.  The comprehensive book spans various disciplines; intersecting with communications, information management, IT, records management, legal, and procurement. Available in electronic format on with a single user license and as a PDF for organizational licenses, the book is segmented according to job roles, guiding readers through the intricacies of forms analysis, development, control, and the administration of forms management programs.

During this event, we will be joined by former BFMA Members Laura Yoder and Denise Mack, and newly inducted AIIM Fellows, @Louise Laperrière and @Shantelle Boatright, as they will share insights into the programs, and how it has equipped others to excel in their roles and contribute significantly to their organizations.

If you're keen on exploring opportunities in Forms Management within your organization, we invite you to join this engaging conversation. Discover how this new benefit for AIIM+ Members can empower you to make a meaningful impact in your organization's information management landscape.
