As most of you have seen, I changed positions last month and am now the Director, Systems of Engagement, for AIIM International. It's an exciting opportunity and I look forward to contributing to AIIM's continued success.
But it also means that my focus will be less on ERM and other Systems of Record and more on Systems of Engagement - those social business systems like Facebook, Twitter, Jive, and others that organizations are increasingly using to engage their employees, customers, and partners both inside and outside the firewall.
So while I still hope to post every now and again in *this* community - I will probably be posting much more frequently in the E2.0 Community. I look forward to discussing a number of social business topics, including road maps for organizations to follow to start or improve their social media strategies; how to use social business systems in various processes and by various roles; and how to ensure the organization does so in a way that is consistent, efficient, and fits within its information governance framework.
