Hi Regan, thanks so much for posting this document.  I'm in the process of gathering requirements for an EDRMS since our goal is to conduct a formal solicitation sometime during Fall 2020.  This document serves as a baseline and what we need to be thinking about as we move forward.  Thanks again!
