Enterprise 2.0: I’m a Believer

I understand the term Enterprise 2.0 to refer to an approach to doing business that embraces the new modes of collaboration and communication ushered in or inspired by Web 2.0 technologies and functionality. Andrew McAffee originally coined the term, and I think his latest definition of E2.0 is a good complement to mine: Enterprise 2.0 is the use of emergent social software platforms within companies, or between companies and their partners or customers
