Description: Many organizations are experimenting with ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other generative AI tools to turbocharge their digital transformation efforts. These tools offer incredible capabilities to quickly develop content, including text, audio, video, and even software code. But there’s a dark side to these tools as well.   In this session, we’ll briefly introduce and demonstrate ChatGPT and some other generative AI tools. We’ll look at some of the more popular use cases that can really bring value to the organization. We’ll also review some of the challenges these tools present for the organization. Finally, we’ll discuss some practices to use these tools safely and effectively in support of real business outcomes.

Speaker Bio: Jesse Wilkins, CIPP/US, CIPM, CRM/CIGO, IGP, edp, ICE-CCP, has worked in the information management industry for more than 25 years as an end user, vendor, consultant, and trainer. His areas of expertise include information governance, records management, enterprise content management, social media governance, and training and certification development and delivery. He has worked with a variety of clients including energy firms, utilities, retailers, and U.S. and international Federal and local government agencies. Jesse is an internationally sought-after speaker and author on information management topics and has presented more than 400 keynotes and educational sessions at AIIM, ARMA, ARMA Canada, MER, and other industry conferences and events. He has also delivered more than 200 workshops on information management to companies and government agencies around the world. He is recognized for his ability to explain and clarify complex information management topics. Jesse has earned numerous certifications and designations in a variety of information management disciplines. He has received the ARMA Britt Literary Award and the AIIM Education Award.
