Hello, Our IT dept has increasing interest in using MS Forms org wide and have expressed a desire to replace currently used forms systems to be replaced, however we the records management folks are not certain if MS Forms have the functionality to meet all requirements and also are concerned with the governance around such so I am asking those who have delved, using or are planning to use to share some insights re use of MS Forms, retention and governance issues.
