Good morning folks;
I'm just wondering how people are using the authenticator app while respecting the privacy of staff.
We are utilizing the app by asking staff to install it on their personal cell phone. However, there are members of our team who are not comfortable with using their personal device for City business. ITS currently has a token system as an alternative but we have been advised that this will be phased out by Microsoft in the near future. How are others dealing with this personal privacy issue. We cannot compel individuals to use their personal device for city business.
