    Hey all,

    New to AIIM here but I've been working in my current role with Document Control for 12 years.

    I'm looking to send out a survey to our organization to gauge users on records management, which is easy enough but my questions I feel don't hold enough weight and are really all over the place. I did see some examples in the threads from years ago, but things have certainly changed alot since then, even in the last few years with covid pushing more of a digital workplace and more tools becoming available. We use a customized version of Livelink here but Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint have also come on the scene, these are good for collaboration but not a final records repository as thats what we use livelink for, so its a job to enforce that too. Other products such as Colab are being used outside us as well for an external commenting process, and I'd like to gauge what else is out there that our department just doesn't know about.

    Would anyone who's thrown a survey out or done something similar mind sharing their questions?
