I have been made the point person at my workplace for championing the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) changes in our environment. What we are trying to do is to make it as easy as possible for end users to label their documents with the appropriate information based on the category of CUI they fall into. In M365 we are using the Sensitivity Labels functionality to add the appropriate header and footer to each file as needed. We are basing this of DOE HQ CUI Implementation Playbook instructions. They have a suggestion for Adobe as well but our organization does not have the needed licensing. Is anyone familiar with an easy way that I can set up one click (or simplified) labeling in Adobe so that our end users would not be responsible for looking up the label verbiage each time they have a document they need to mark as CUI specifically in Adobe?
