Has anyone put together a business case for purchasing software that will help automate metadata? My request is software agnostic as I am federal government and anything I get would have to go through a solicitation. I am just in the conceptual phase right now but I need something to help tag my data so my records management program can actually be set up to manage records properly. If you have done something like this and you are willing to share your experience or even your own business case, it would be much appreciated.
