    Description: Digital transformation is revolutionizing the business landscape and many trends are impacting audit and compliance, but the basics still stay the same. The question is – how is audit and compliance keeping up, and what does this mean for Information Managers and Information Governance practitioners? This presentation explores the past, present, and future of audit and compliance. At the same, it shares back-to-basic practices that every practitioner can use to build and improve their audit and compliance function today. This presentation also shares four simple models that will allow you to perform your own do-it-yourself "mini-audits" (or litmus tests, if you will) to assess the current effective of your information and documentation practices. In this presentation, Adrienne Bellehumeur marries her many years on the ground (and in the trenches) running internal controls audit programs through her firm Risk Oversight with her leading work in writing, training, and speaking about documentation best practices.
