The session will discuss assessing the current state, gathering requirements, monitoring change management risk, etc.

    Speaker's Bio: Jed Cawthorne is a AIIM Fellow, CIP and ex-Toronto Chapter officer. He has 20+ years of knowledge and experience in Information & Knowledge Management, the vast majority of on the buy side in Canada. This includes consulting for the last 15 at Canadian Tire, BMO, and TD Bank, before moving to the sell side with NetDocuments and now Shinydocs.
