    Does anyone have experience implementing a social media focus into their ECM strategies? With customer service, corporate communication, sales, and even HR reaching out to customers and employees over social media channels, it is more important than ever for corporations to consider capturing and retaining these files.

    I would love to know if the community sees a future need for social media ECM, and what that future might look like. For me, content management is an ever evolving landscape - and as we move closer to the Internet of Things, we will see the lines between content retention and management blurred,  permanently merging management and retention into the processes that create content in the first place.
