Information Chaos: Digital Disruption
Presentation by Mr. John Mancini
President of AIIM International
On Tuesday, June 9th at 11am (AEST), AIIM Australasia is pleased to host a special presentation with Mr. John Mancini, the President of AIIM International, via virtual member meeting. Mr. Mancini will examine the topic of Information Chaos and the new paradigm of Digital Disruption.
We are on the cusp of a new era of massive digital disruption. Mr. Mancini will illuminate how old business models are being turned on their head -- old models of how we buy the technology and how we deploy it are no longer sufficient in an era of consumer and user-centric IT.
In the resulting information chaos, content is increasingly ubiquitous and critical, yet "enterprise content management" is becoming increasingly invisible. Where is content management going? What will it look like in 2020? What are the implications for information professionals?
Mr. Mancini will examine these questions and discuss the impact of these global changes on the IT and user community across Australasia.
