In my recent blog post I wrote about the advances concerning MoReq, specifically MoReq2010. The picture was not all brightness and light. It made me think about the DLM Forum – the organisation that brought you MoReq. And I concluded that the DLM Forum's picture is almost all dark. The DLM Forum has consistently over-promised and under-delivered; it lacks sensible governance arrangements. It lacks resources. It doesn’t do much – even now, 13 months after the end of 2010, there is not even a slight sign that MoReq2010 will ever be complete.

Well now, 5 weeks after its launch, it is still not available – but you can download a 29MB PDF version so that you can see what you are missing (click here for the bookstore page).
