AIIM and FOSE want to send you to the FOSE 2011 Conference for free! Here's how you can win a free full conference registration for FOSE 2011, scheduled for July 19-21 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

We want you to create a new 1-word term, or "govlet", that describes "the gap between technology infrastructure in government today compared to where it should be." For example, the term "lagovernance" might describe the lag between the evolution of technology and the governance processes required to manage it responsibly. Please keep your submissions clean & reasonably respectful or we won't choose yours!

The deadline for this is 5 pm EDT Monday, July 11. To enter, you can:
  • Respond in a comment to this blog post
  • Send via Twitter to @jessewilkins and include the hashtag #govlet
  • Send via email to jwilkins@aiim.org and include "FOSE" in the subject line
We may republish govlets that are particularly insightful or clever.

AIIM and FOSE will select the winner from all entrants received and will announce that winner on the AIIM blog, Twitter feeds, Facebook groups, and LinkedIn groups. The winner will also be notified via whichever social media channel was used to enter. Winner is responsible for own travel, lodging, etc.
