This week meet Nataliya Andreyeva, Operations Manager, Professional Development. Nataliya has been with AIIM since August 2011. She is from the Ukraine (born in the USSR) and now lives in Washington, D.C. Nataliya is a talented artist; her works have been featured at various local events.

What do you do and what do love about it?
I wore different hats at AIIM. Recently, I have transitioned from the Events department to Professional Development. In my current role, I am focused on the production of training content through a variety of content systems and applications. I like learning new technologies and use them in my daily duties.

Creative. Dedicated. Curious.
What are you proudest of?
Last year I became a US citizen having won a green card in a lottery. No joke. I was legal in the US at all times.

What do you do for fun?
I love to dance salsa at my beloved Habana Village in Washington, DC. Painting is my other passion. This year I was selected to join the Art League Gallery @ The Torpedo Factory Alexandria, Virgina as a member on artistic merit award.
