This week meet Beth Mayhew, Director of Marketing. She is the backbone, the quiet warrior who keeps it all moving. Beth has been with AIIM since July 2000. She grew up in Damascus, Maryland, a small town that had 1 stop light when her family arrived, an area of 9.6 miles. She currently lives in Germantown, Maryland where she enjoys the proximity to the country as well as modern conveniences. You could say she's a little bit country, and a lot of rock and roll.

What do you do and what do you love about it?
I've been with AIIM for almost 14 years in the Marketing department. I’ve had the pleasure to expose our members to all of AIIM’s programs and services throughout the years. My position has morphed as AIIM has grown, and that's what I love about what I do and working for AIIM. It's never dull and you're always learning.

Quiet. Introspective. Sensitive.
What movie, no matter how many times you’ve seen it, do you have to watch when it’s on?
My all time favorite movie is "The Big Chill", but I love old black and white movies – TCM is one of my favorite cable channels.

Actually, I enjoy the Fall when it's crisp and cool.

Plum
What do you do for fun?
I'm a huge ACDC fan. So, listening to what would be considered "Classic Rock" is my escape. I also enjoy photography and taking pictures wherever I travel.
