John Hunter presented How to Drive and Win with Innovation Initiatives in Government Institutions.

The European Court of Human Rights was set up in Strasbourg by the Council of Europe Member States in 1959 to deal with alleged violations of the 1950 European Convention on Human Rights. Hear how John Hunter went about creating visibility and value for the public through innovative technology.

John Hunter, Head of IT, European Court of Human Rights, has been working as an IT professional for over 25 years in various business sectors from Finance, to oil petroleum, to the Film industry and of course, the legal world. He has been responsible in the implementation of many best practice applications in these diverse industries, as well for creating and managing a software company in the film industry – MovieBase. John has been heading up the IT Department for the European Court for Human Rights since 1996. He has three children whose company he adores and enjoys running, going to the movies, reading, cooking and the company and “craic”[1] of good friends and family.
