What does your work entail? Do you have company support? How are you helping drive the goals of your office through your work?
I oversee the credit union's records policies and procedures. There is increasing support, however, getting senior leadership to understand the bigger picture can be challenging. I communicate with all business units, ensuring they are following best practices to maintain a successful information program and constantly review processes and technology to keep the credit union driving forward with document automation and other efficiencies.
What has been the biggest success in your career in information management?
Helping organizations reduce their paper footprint.

Obtaining the proper technology with leadership support.

I will share my favorite quote "Information management is knowing what you have, where you have it, and how long you have to keep it.”
