Where do you live in? Linden, NJ, just a 45-minute train ride out of NYC.

How long have you worked in information management?  I've worked in Information Management for over 30 years

What does your work entail? My job entails management of the Firm’s client and Admin records; Conflicts & New Matter Intake; Legal Holds and other responsibilities regarding compliance, security, and retention.  The complete matter/file lifecycle.

What has been the biggest success in your career in information management
I’ve had a number of awesome mentors, and try to be the same to my team and colleagues. Seeing my staff and colleagues get accolades whom I mentored is a great feeling.

What’s your current biggest work challenge?
I think my greatest challenge as is for most of my colleagues is the buy-in from the C-Level group and funding thereof.

What does Intelligent Information Management mean to you?

IIM means to be having the tools, policies do be able to do a task right the first time, saving time and money.

What are the top 3 things you are looking to get from your AIIM membership?

“Nuggets of Knowledge” from colleagues; being able to uplift others with my experiences; learning about new technology

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to in 2021?

Big projects are on the horizon, so I’m trying to put everything possible in place now so that 2021 is a piece of cake.

What is your end goal and how do you think we can help you achieve it?

My goal is to leave any situation better than how I started.  With the tools and the access to information and colleagues via AIIM, I think I can achieve that.
