This week we meet Sean Fuller, Web Designer, Information Technology. He has worked with AIIM since May 2014. In high school Sean wanted to be an information professional. He studied Computer Science in college to understand more about computers and how to control them. While in college he worked as an intern and gained valuable experience in database design but didn’t stop there. He was asked to work on website design projects and jumped at the chance to use his studies to think about the customer experience and how best to convey the client's story to the customer. 

Sean is from Kingston, Jamaica. He was a “Kingstonian” and had just completed high school when he moved to the United States with his family. Since Jamaica high school ends in 11^th grade, he completed 12^th grade in the US and moved swiftly into college where he gained valuable skills during summer internships. Of course I had to ask if he jumped off the cliffs at Rick’s Café in Negril. His reply, "Where?" 

Sean now lives in Washington, D.C. and likes being called a “Washingtonian.” He likes the Nation’s Capital and its proximity to everything. He says, “It’s a nice urban environment, especially if you are into new development and politics like I am. Living in the city is a fun and interesting place to be!”  As a fellow Washingtonian, I am inclined to agree! Let’s meet Sean.

What do you do and what do love about it?

I design and code websites and what I love about it is that I can build awesome website experiences.

What are you proudest of?

*smiles* A few things really. Like graduating college, when I came to the United States I was student body president in high school, at graduation I was the Valedictorian and was honored to address my class. I also got to see my Mom graduate college a few years after me. I was very proud to see her realize her dreams too. I am also proud of dating my girlfriend Melinda, because she is awesome! She will love that I said that!

What do you do for fun?

I like Anime and reading Manga. My main focus is Japanese comic books, it gives me a break from my typical day and I can be awesome like the characters. I also like sci-fi, futuristic things. I like the concept of a more technology-driven civilization, to see what they say will happen. I want to see the first spaceship to Mars and have it built in my lifetime, if I don’t build it myself……..I can dream.
