Without management training, Jim went from being a successful sales rep to a leader in the weeds with little assets to help him develop his team. Through the right mentorship and research, Jim was able to transition to become a successful manager becoming a VP of one of Ikon’s regional offices and responsible for a staff of 250 employees.
