The First Amendment Foundation and the Poynter Institute launched the 2016 Florida Sunshine Certificate programs . The Sunshine Certificate is designed to meet the open government training requirement under Section 112.3142, Florida Statute for constitutional officers and elected municipal officers. The on-line program is also available for Florida attorneys, with 14.5 CLEs, including 5 ethics CLEs, and the general public.
