The global pandemic has impacted all enterprises around the world.  Even industries that have resisted digitization have been forced to embrace technology to survive.  While 2021 was a bellwether year for digital transformation, with organizations moving to the cloud and modernizing legacy systems, 2022 will be the year of Hyperautomation, as organizations race to deploy artificial intelligence (AI); machine learning; and decision, process, and task automation tools.  Hyperautomation is all about automating as many processes as possible and leveraging enterprise data to drive business value.  But these technologies require organized, structured data.  But over 80% of enterprise data is unstructured--received through emails, or locked in digital documents, faxes, and even physical paper.  Because traditional optical character recognition (OCR) and template-based extraction fails on unstructured documents, manual data entry has been the bottleneck to most automation, analytics, and AI journeys.

In this webinar, we will see how intelligent document processing (IDP) can solve this challenge.  By combining OCR with computer vision, natural language understanding, and machine learning, IDP solutions can  extract structured data from these unstructured documents and streamline many document processing workflows.  We'll look at real life use cases in document intensive industries like legal services and insurance, and see how IDP can streamline these manual data extraction and entry processes to enable Hyperautomation across the enterprise.
