Riley McIntosh has been an Information Management professional for more than 13 years, managing Records Retention Programs and providing strategic direction and subject matter expertise for the creation and continual improvement of Information Management and Enterprise Content Management initiatives. Riley currently serves as the Manager for Pacific Life Insurance Company’s Enterprise Content Management Program and was previously AVP of Union Bank’s Global Capital Markets Records Program. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and is the owner of enterprise applications, OpenText Content Server, SharePoint, DocuSign, and EzeScan. She is an AIIM Board Member and is active in industry associations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College and a Master of Arts degree from Pepperdine University

Jessica Nilsen

An experienced ECM professional -Director of major projects from inception to launch. Act as the liaison with leaders in multiple departments to facilitate timely completion of enterprise application projects including Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, and Capture and Data Migration.
