AIIM Southeast + LatAM WEBINAR: RaMPED Up: A Practical Dashboard for Evaluating Records Management P

When:  Jul 30, 2026 from 11:00 to 12:00 (ET)
Associated with  AIIM Open Forum

Presented by John Masters, Records Management and Information Governance Expert and AIIM Southeast + LatAm Chapter Vice President

Records management programs are often expected to prove compliance, demonstrate value, identify risk, and support organizational decision-making, all at the same time. But without a structured and repeatable evaluation method, program assessments can become inconsistent, overly subjective, or difficult to translate into action. This webinar introduces RaMPED: the Records Management Program Evaluation Dashboard, a practical methodology for evaluating records management programs using three respected industry instruments: ISO 15501, ARMA’s Generally Accepted Recordkeeping Principles, and NARA’s Records Management Requirements.

RaMPED produces a standardized score across five primary program categories, helping organizations identify strengths, gaps, and areas of concern in a way that supports planning, prioritization, and executive communication. The methodology also generates key performance metrics and can be repeated over time, allowing records managers and information governance professionals to track progress, measure improvement, and align initiatives with recognized standards and requirements. Participants will come away with a clearer understanding of how structured evaluation can move a records program beyond compliance checklists and toward measurable, strategic program improvement.
