At the Crossroads: Process, Content, Data, and Change. A Value Creation Story.

When:  Sep 12, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (CT)
Associated with  Texas: Southwest Chapter
In organizations everywhere, we think we have processes that work fairly well. We have systems with data and interfaces and reports. We have documents and content platforms with forms, documents, and other unstructured content. We manage change with precision and a velvet glove. All this should add up to an operation that runs like clockwork, right?

But what happens when our jobs require us to assimilate all this information from all of these places and present it to our internal customers with recommendations worth millions of dollars? How do we capture the information we need? How do we mash it up into the algorithms and visuals that can help us and our internal customers make sense of it all? How do we trust that the information didn’t get corrupted somewhere in that process? And how do we convince and enable professionals to take a risk and implement such impactful changes?

Join the AIIM Southwest Chapter over lunch at Churrasco’s to hear the story of a global company that did just that. Anne Tulek of Abundiant, and her client, Claudia, will share their team’s journey from Big Idea to Global Roll-out, and will inspire you to find the crossroads in your own work and bring even more value to your organization along the way.
