Across the information governance profession, organizations are grappling with a fundamental question: Does AI need its own standalone policy document, or should AI policy be distributed throughout the policies an organization already has?One view holds that AI is sufficiently new and distinctive to warrant a dedicated policy, bringing the relevant rules together in one place. The opposing view is that there is nothing that would go into an AI policy that does not already have a home somewhere else, and that creating a standalone document serves only to create another governance silo.Join @Angela Watt, @Lewis Eisen, and @Tori Miller Liu as we explore and try to reconcile these positions in this fast-moving area of Information Governance.
