AIIM Wisconsin & Milwaukee Bar Association
Law & Technology Conference
Join us at the Westin Hotel in downtown Milwaukee for the latest information regarding the intersection of law and technology.
Techno jargon like "dark web," "cyber insurance," and "artificial intelligence" are commonly heard as we advance further into the 21st Century. Fully understanding these evolving ideas can be challenging, and knowing how to harness them for our professional benefit can be even trickier. Let the annual Law and Technology Conference sponsored by AIIM Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association be your guide through the exciting and sometimes scary, digital world.
The conference keynote, Byron Franz, Special Agent from the Milwaukee Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, will address cyber and insider threats to business secrets and suggest possible mitigations. Throughout the day are two-tracks of sessions covering a variety of topics. Sessions range from how technology is changing case law, the relevance of the Dark Web to legal professionals, and how artificial intelligence impact the practice of law, to the right tools to properly protect documents, using technology to balance your life, and ways to find, leverage and protect information. The day concludes with the perennial favorite, a fast-paced and fun round-robin freestyle session about the latest nd greatest technology tips, tricks and tools.
Breakfast and lunch are included. Register online, and find the complete conference schedule and speaker bios at bit.ly/LawTechCon.
