We will begin with five operational areas where AI is already in use:

- Financial Controls: Fraud detection, AML, and transaction-level risk analytics designed for environments with degraded oversight.
- Data Governance: Classification and retention strategies for firms that postpone deletion under deregulation, exposing themselves to latent liability.
- Digital Asset Compliance: AI tools for managing legal gaps in crypto, DeFi, and hybrid financial systems.

The second half will be a working session. We'll compare current-state practices, identify failure points, and gather input toward a shared guidance document for AI deployment in volatile environments.
