Happy Monday! Last week, we announced the launch of multi-stage disposition in Microsoft 365 Records Management and a few other new features. This release is the direct result of your feedback from last fall's community feature request survey, similar to what I posted here about a month ago. You asked - we listened. Thank you again for your input!

Here is the link to the announcement blog with all the details. I will post a summary below. Please reply with your questions!

    Erica,

Thanks for letting us know of the new developments in Microsoft 365 Records Management.

What will the Teams retention now available to all paid licenses include?  For those of us without E5 or E3 licenses with added RM functionality, what will this allow us to do?

    Hi Joseph,

Thanks for the question. Nothing is changing for E5 or E3 licenses. We are adding Teams retention for users with an F1, F3, E1, G1, business basic, or business standard license. You can read the full announcement here: https://aka.ms/MultiStageBlog

    Thanks!
