- WIIM Leadership Council (WIIM-LC) Opening: We are looking for several new members to join our LC. Help us make 2020 the best WIIM year yet. - Did you know that for the first time ever WIIM has a PreCon Workshop? Be sure to sign up for the Information Professionals Leadership Workshop at the AIIM Conference in March! This full-day workshop will be led by Chere Estrin, CEO of Estrin Legal Staffing, Co-Founding Member of the Organization of Legal Professionals and, of course, an advocate for women. It will be highly interactive and attendees will leave with practical tools for improving their leadership skills. There is definitely something for everyone – topics include corporate storytelling, negotiating, climbing the ladder, personal branding and more!
- Have you heard about our new programming this year? Many have attended WIIM Webinars in the past (and if you haven't yet, we encourage you to do so). Those aren't going anywhere – they're very valuable sessions. What we found was missing was an interactive component so to complement WIIM Webinars we have now launched WIIM Circle as well. WIIM Circle sessions will be in an intimate, roundtable format to encourage open dialogue and sharing ideas. Registration is limited to maintain the conversational style. Our first WIIM Circle event will be on the hot topic of How to Overcome Death by Email and will occur on February 18th at 11:00 a.m. EST. Click here to register.
