    Hi,
You are all welcome to join one of two webinars that will illustrate a new way to collaborate with files. This won't be a sales pitch! We're just going to show a simple SharePoint add-in that could enable those organisations without large, complex document control systems to gain control over engineering file collaboration. All too often people start using email or cloud-based file sharing systems and it can get very difficult to control and see what the status of all the tasks is.

Document Collaboration Made Easy, For Everyone!
    Event date: 21st September 2017

    Online Events – 09:00 and 16:00

How do you currently track, monitor and collaborate on documents? Recent studies have shown that over 60% of organizations have no control over document collaboration. This issue expands rapidly if collaboration goes outside company borders. Many organisations email files among many people and lose track of the versions, master copies and have little visibility of the status of updates. In short, they don't know what is due when and cannot rely on the information.

Having worked in Information Management in the Oil & Gas sector for many, many years I think the simplicity of this approach may appeal to organisations but let me know what you think!

Join us to see a brief demo of three common scenarios; issuing files as part of comment/review, setting up tasks and placeholders for expected files, and transmittals. The tough part is often how you share and collaborate with internal as well as external project members in a controlled manner, so we show how that can work very simply. The sessions will be up to one hour and include time for Q&A.
