The City of Fort Worth Records and Information Management (RIM) Office, a division of the City Secretary’s Office, is seeking a Senior Records Analyst to further the deployment of the City’s Enterprise Information Management System (EIMS), Laserfiche, to transform old manual recordkeeping processes and holdings into a uniform, collaborative, enterprise-wide, electronic records and information management environment in which departments share information and collaborate to improve City functions and services. This Enterprise Information Records Analyst will partner with IT Solutions technical staff, assigned department staff, and City management to maximize the application and deployment of EIMS, prioritized to meet function-based information management needs and enhance online and direct access to public records and information for citizens. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful deployment of document and information management software and systems in which cross-departmental functions were improved in an organization similar in size and complexity to the City of Fort Worth. In addition to enhancing transparency and efficiency, this position will develop and implement an on-going electronic records inventory program for all City departments to include the development of computerized records control schedules for electronic records in accordance with state law and City Code. The candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills at multiple organizational levels and have a demonstrated track record of facilitating and bringing to completion large-scale information management projects.
