The Twelve Days of Capture

Ok, I admit the season has influendced this post and since it somehow became embedded in my thought patterns, I thought I would share it with you. Remember to read this as if you were singinng the Twelve Days of Christmas.

 

On the first day of capture my company gave to me, a scanner that captures paper files.

On the second day of capture my company gave to me, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the third day of capture my company gave to me, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the fourth day of capture my company gave to me, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the fifth day of capture my company gave to me, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the sixth day of capture my company gave to me, six large format scanners, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the seventh day of capture my company gave to me, recognition software, six large format scanners, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the eight day of capture my company gave to me, eight MFPs, recognition software, six large format scanners, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the ninth day of capture my company gave to me, the need to capture photos digitally, eight MFPs, recognition software, six large format scanners, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the tenth day of capture my company gave to me, office integration - natrually, nine digital cameras, eight MFPs, recognition software, six large format scanners, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the eleventh day of capture my company gave to me, eleven paper shredders, office integrations nine digital cameras, eight MFPs, recognition softwares, six large format scanners, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.

On the twelth day of capture my company gave to me, the master warehouse key, eleven paper shredders, office integration, nine digital cameras, eight MFPs, recognition softwares, six large format scanners, five microfilm vaults, four index stations, three doc prep workers, two training sessions and a scanner that captures paper files.
