I got a text at AIIM18: "Happy Thursday!! Just saying that I'm enjoying AIIM18!!! The format and speakers/topics are spot on!! The Staff, in a word? Awesome!! Exceeding all expectations!!" Now, at on day 2, this text couldn't have been any better received. We love our members and when we know our work is exceeding expectations--well, that just feels so good. We're a team here at AIIM, a true community, supportive of each other in our struggles and successes. This message was from a member, and true friend of AIIM, Mercedes Ward. Mercedes took the big dive and joined us in San Antonio this year. It was so wonderful connecting in person.
