Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) recently completed a migration assessment and content consolidation project from a legacy enterprise content management system to the latest platform version. HCSC Line of Business and Technical leadership will detail business and technical milestones, focus on content migration, repository consolidation, business process improvement, cost savings, end user impact and overall project success criteria. Future capabilities and strategic projects will also be discussed as part of HCSC's overall ECM initiatives.

John Zotalis is the business owner of Enterprise Content Management and Enterprise Search for Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), the largest customer-owned health insurer in the United States and fourth largest overall, operating through its Blue Cross and Blue Shield® Plans in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Currently, he is driving the effort of repository consolidation and seamless IT foot print to meet the needs of the HCSC line of business users. John obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago and his graduate degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University.
