We wanted to conduct this survey about mobile collaboration because many of the businesses we speak with are grappling with how to fully support their mobile workers so they can effectively collaborate anywhere, anytime, with anyone (and often on any device!). Collaboration tools come in all shapes and sizes – some have ‘mobile’ in their DNA, some have bolted on new mobile capabilities (with varying degrees of success), and others are struggling to piece together effective coverage to meet new demands. Even where tools claim to be ‘mobile-friendly’, they may not fully give you what you need.
It’s our goal to better understand these issues so we can provide actionable advice to anyone looking to create or improve their mobile collaboration strategy. The more data we have, the better the analysis we can share.
