How important is mobile collaboration support? New survey!

Does your business have a strategy for mobile collaboration? Or maybe you’re about to create one? Are you looking to select a new suite of collaboration tools to support mobile working… or maybe you’re in the midst of a roll-out and have something to say about the tools you already use? If any of these scenarios applies to you, my colleague Craig Wentworth and I would really like to hear about your expectations and experiences for a new report we’re writing – if you’d be able to spare a few minutes to complete our survey, we’d be delighted to share the final report with you.

We wanted to conduct this survey about mobile collaboration because many of the businesses we speak with are grappling with how to fully support their mobile workers so they can effectively collaborate anywhere, anytime, with anyone (and often on any device!). Collaboration tools come in all shapes and sizes – some have ‘mobile’ in their DNA, some have bolted on new mobile capabilities (with varying degrees of success), and others are struggling to piece together effective coverage to meet new demands. Even where tools claim to be ‘mobile-friendly’, they may not fully give you what you need.

It’s our goal to better understand these issues so we can provide actionable advice to anyone looking to create or improve their mobile collaboration strategy. The more data we have, the better the analysis we can share. To help us do this, we’d like to invite you to take part in this short survey which aims to explore how your business approaches mobile collaboration, and what you need your collaboration tools to do in order to support this. It should only take you a few minutes to complete. As a thank you for completing the survey, we’d be delighted to provide you with a copy of the full survey report once it’s complete – before we publish it to our research library (just leave your contact details at the end of the survey if you’d like a copy). So thanks very much in advance for taking the survey, and we look forward to sharing the findings with you soon!
